I’m a first-generation college student, and someone who believes that food — especially desserts — has the power to bring joy, comfort, and connection. My love for baking started during childhood, watching my mother and siblings create magic in the kitchen with simple ingredients and lots of love. Growing up, the smell of fresh flan or crepes wasn’t just about the food — it was about sharing something special. Over time, baking became my safe space, especially during COVID. It helped me navigate challenges, celebrate small victories, and express creativity in ways words couldn’t. Now, as I pursue my college degree and build my online pastry business, I bring that same warmth and passion into every order. From the first scoop of flour to the final drizzle of chocolate, I pour my heart into each treat — whether it’s a birthday cake, a comforting slice of tres leches, or a fresh batch of cookies for your Sunday brunch.
